A little space to create.
These terms describe use of Trace Studio, provided by NGMob. Use the app and website lawfully, respect others' rights, and only import photos or request content you are entitled to use.
Drawing and AR
Trace Studio provides visual drawing guides. It does not project light onto paper. Use a stable phone stand and a safe workspace. Spatial AR requires compatible hardware and platform services. Practice scores are geometric estimates, affected by lighting, alignment and texture; they are not an objective judgment of artistic ability.
Your creations and templates
You retain your rights in your own drawings and imported content. Trace Studio grants you permission to use its provided templates for personal drawing practice. Do not redistribute or sell our template collection as a competing asset library. AI outputs may have limitations and are not guaranteed to be unique or suitable for every purpose.
Subscriptions and unlocks
Paid purchases are not available yet. When launched, available plans, local prices, billing periods and included features will be shown by the relevant store before confirmation. Subscriptions renew according to the store's terms unless canceled through your store account. One-time unlocks apply only to the stated features and do not promise unlimited cloud AI usage. AI generation is subject to available credits and service limits.
Use Restore purchases with the original store account to retrieve eligible purchases. Manage or cancel a subscription through Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to the applicable store process and any rights required by law. No payment is collected by our website.
Availability and backups
Built-in and downloaded drawing content can be used offline. AI and new content downloads require internet access. We may update features and content. Keep backups of important work; deleting app data or uninstalling can remove local creations and progress. We do not promise uninterrupted cloud service or storage of local work.
Privacy and support
See our privacy policy for data practices. Contact support about the service, purchases or these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
