Trace Studio is a drawing app from NGMob. This policy describes the app, website and content service.
Your photos and creations
Photo-to-outline conversion, screen drawing, camera practice feedback, favorites, lesson progress and saved creations are processed or stored on your device. These functions do not upload your camera feed, photos or artwork. Camera access is used when you start camera or AR drawing. Saving to your photo library may require permission to add media.
Cloud content and AI
Content downloads contact our Cloudflare service. If you actively request AI generation, your text prompt is forwarded to Floniks. The resulting image is retrieved through our service. Task status and an anonymous session identifier are stored so your app can retrieve its result. Do not submit private or sensitive information in AI prompts.
Optional analytics
The app includes Google Analytics for Firebase. Collection is optional and disabled by default. When enabled, events can include screens viewed, template identifiers, drawing mode, practice progress and duration, language and purchase flow outcomes. Analytics do not include your photos, artwork or AI prompts. Advertising identifier collection and ad personalization are disabled in our integration. You can change your analytics preference in settings.
Purchases
Purchases are not open yet. When activated, Apple or Google handles payment and RevenueCat validates transactions and subscription status. Our service stores an anonymous purchase identity and verified entitlements. We do not collect payment card details. Store account information is handled under the store's policies.
Website and support
The website only loads Google Analytics after consent and when configured. If you submit the support form, your message and optional email are stored in our Cloudflare database for handling your request. Do not include passwords, payment details or private images. Network providers necessarily process connection metadata. For rate limiting, our application stores a keyed hash of the source IP rather than its raw value.
Retention and deletion
Local creations remain until you delete them, clear app storage or uninstall. Download a backup first. Cloud content versions are retained for rollback. AI task metadata, quota records and verified purchase state remain until operationally removed; expired purchase rights are not treated as active. Support messages are retained while resolving your issue. You can request cloud data deletion through support; include your task reference or support reference so the record can be located without your private artwork.
Third-party providers
Cloudflare provides hosting and storage; Floniks processes AI text-to-image requests; Google provides optional analytics; RevenueCat and the stores provide purchase validation when enabled. Help and preferences
The app is not designed to collect personal information from children. You can use basic drawing without enabling analytics or purchasing. For questions, deletion requests or changes to this policy, contact Trace Studio support.
